Registration Fees:

Include table, spandex tablecloth, social media advertisement, and lead list of registered brides.

• Vendor Booth - $200

• Swag Bag Vendor (marketing materials distributed on behalf of vendor + door prize) - $50

Radio ad feature - $250

• Step and Repeat Backdrop feature - $200

• T Shirt Ad $150

• Vendors may unload in the front and park across the street in overflow parking to keep lot available for guests.
• Each vendor must provide a business description and any logo or graphics that you would like us to incorporate into advertisement by December 1, 2022. 
• Every participant, in person or swag bag, must submit a door prize valued at $20 minimum to be given away at the event. We must receive a description of the door prize by December 1, 2022 to promote the giveaways as incentives for brides to register for the event.
• In addition to social media promotion, all vendors will be listed in our preferred vendor directory which will be emailed to each bride at the conclusion of the event.  Swag bag vendors: Door prizes and promo materials may be delivered to Lemon + Sage Day Spa, 7910 Memorial Pkwy SW, Suite H, HSV, AL 35802 on Jan. 18-20, 2023.
• This event will be advertised through organic and paid social media advertisement. Each vendor is encouraged to post and share the event on their respective social media outlets.
• Final payments must be submitted by December 16, 2022. All payments are final. Event date is subject to change in the event of natural disaster, acts of God or emergency circumstance. A refund will be distributed if the show is cancelled indefinitely. If the event is rescheduled to a date that you are not able to attend, you will be expected to send an alternate representative for your business.
